Shipping & Delivery


Delivery Costs:

For items that are bought individually, delivery costs are charged on a per item or per kilo weight basis. 



Free Delivery:

Products that qualify for free delivery within the UK and Ireland are marked clearly with the sign "Free Delivery" against them. These items will not have a delivery charge placed on them at the check out. Any products not displaying "Free Delivery" against them in the store, will have a delivery charge placed on them at the check out.

Standard 1/3 Day Delivery For the UK and Ireland.

 

Orders from outside of the UK and Ireland.

Overseas and European customers, due to the complex nature of shipping overseas, some orders may take longer to process. We will not be held responsible for any additional taxes or charges that may be incurred on goods when entering your country.

Overseas customers can expect to receive their order within 10-12 days of order placement. Please note that any mention of days refers to working days, so they exclude weekends and Bank Holidays.


Goods do not ship on Saturday or Sunday

All shipments are subject to stock availability

The cut off time to process an overnight order is 16:00 pm GMT

Goods are usually shipped on the same day or within 24 hours after receiving the order. All orders are processed & shipped from our registered office & main warehouse in Newcastle Under Lyme.


Shipping Notification:

Once registered, we will send an email notification when your order has been shipped.


Shipping Address:

It is the customers responsibility to give the correct billing and shipping address.  Any additional cost incurred because of incorrectly addressed deliveries will be charged to the customer. All addresses can be changed by logging in to the site.


Items not received:

Please contact us in writing, or email if you have not received your order within 7 days for UK and Ireland customers, and 18 days for our other European/Overseas customers.


Shortages and Damages:

All claims, shortages and damages must be notified by email within 3 working days from the date of delivery.


Returns & Replacements:

In addition to your legal rights (under UK distance selling regulations) we offer a 14 day no fuss returns guarantee - if you are not happy with your product within 14 days you can return the products to us for a full refund. Please contact us with the details (email:enquiries@xelexglobal.com) before you return the goods. We will refund your payment within 7 days of receiving the returned goods.
