Q. What is Your Minimum Order?
A. Our Minimum Order is one item (including V.A.T.). Orders placed online must be paid for in full before shipment.
Q. Do you offer Free Shipping
A. We offer Free Shipping to the UK and Ireland for Bulk Orders and where stated against a particular product..
Q. Can you order online and Collect
A. Not at the moment. We are working on this process for the future.
Q. What payment methods do you accept?
A. We accept Debit Cards which have no transaction fee. We also accept Master Card and Visa which are charged at 2.5% You can also pay by bank transfer (BACS), please call for this. If paying by bank transfer we need the funds to clear with in our account before we can dispatch your goods, which usually takes 2-5 working days. Please note that bank transfer payments must be made within 48 hours of receipt of a pro-forma invoice. Any delay in making payment may result in your order being cancelled and incur an additional charge.

Q. How much is delivery to a specific postcode?

Q. Do you ship outside the UK?
A. We will ship to anywhere in the world, and are always looking for overseas distributors please email us with your inquiry or use the contact form, we are also happy to deliver your order to any UK freight forwarder, who can then ship your order to any destination in the world. However we work on an ex.warehouse basis, so payment is required upfront, and you would need to coordinate the freight forwarder, their costs and relevant export documentation.
Q. Do you charge VAT on orders going to the EU?
A. If we are sending your order directly to you in an EU country and you have provided a valid EU V.A.T. registered number when you registered with us, we will not charge you V.A.T. However if we are delivering your order to a UK freight forwarder, or they are collecting from our warehouse, then we have to charge V.A.T. Once the goods have left the UK and you have provided a valid proof of export document alongside a valid EU V.A.T. registered number, we can refund the V.A.T. to you.
